
Jennifer Grey, born March 26 1960 in Los Angeles was an American actress. After her acting debut in the film Reckless in 1984, she was able to establish herself in the comedy film for teens Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986). Her performance as Frances Houseman, a romance drama film about the romance between two lovers, earned her international fame. Other feature films she has appeared in include Red Dawn (1984), The Cotton Club (1984), Bloodhounds of Broadway (1989) Bounce (2000), Redbelt (2008), The Wind Rises (2013), In Your Eyes (2014), Duck Duck Goose (2018), and Bittersweet Symphony (2019). Grey's work on television started with Murder in Mississippi (1990), Criminal Justice (1989), and If the Shoe Fits (2019). Grey also appeared in the role of Kelly Carter in the comedy Red Oaks on Amazon Prime Video. Grey has voiced both television and film, with her voice in the 2018 film Duck Duck Goose and the animated television series Phineas and Ferb, which she created in 2008.
