Torrie Wilson

Torrie Anne Wilson, born July 24 1975 was an American former professional wrestler. Her most notable achievements are in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and the World Wrestling Federation. In 1999, Wilson won Miss Galaxy. [1][8] Soon after her victory, she was signed by World Championship Wrestling. She continued to work for the company from 1999 to 2000. In 2001, her appearances on World Wrestling Federation television were part of The Invasion (a WCW storyline which was later named the [then] WWF). In particular, she was well-known in her feud with Dawn Marie ([7][8]) and with Sable ([5][9]). Wilson has been a part the all-female stable, that is a collection of characters who are part of storylines. She was first exposed to the sport by a snob at a World Championship Wrestling(WCW) event in 1999. After a backstage visit after the show, she was asked to go to the ring with Scott Steiner. In the following days, Kevin Nash expressed an interest in doing a storyline with her. [5][7][9] It was her first appearance on the Nitro show's February 8 1999 episode (later called "Samantha") The plot revealed that Wilson was hired to seduce David Flair by the New World Order. The two were seen together at SuperBrawl IX on February 21st, when Wilson beat Ric as David hit his with Tasers. [15] Ric was the winner of the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. He was recorded by Hollywood Hogan at Uncensored in a Barbed Wire Steel Cage. David and Wilson were then absent from WCW television until May. They returned to the arena in May to watch matches. At the 1999 Bash at the Beach, Wilson acted as an assistant for Flair when he won the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship against Dean Malenko.
