Aahoo Jahansouzshahi (January 10 in 1980), also known professionally as Sarah Shahi, is an American actress. She was previously was a model. She was Carmen on The L Word in 2005, Kate Reed in the USA Network legal drama Fairly Legal (2011-2012), and Sameen Shaw on the CBS crime drama Person of Interest (2012-2016). 2. She was a part of the main Det. Dani Reese appeared in Life [3] as well in Alias as a supporting character. She also appeared in Reverie, a 2018 series. She starred as a recurring character in the show City on a Hill on Showtime in 2019[55. She also appeared in seven episodes on The Rookie playing the role of Jessica Russo in the romantic love interest Jessica Russo. Shahi met Robert Altman on the set Dr. T and the Women In Texas. In the set, she was encouraged to move to Hollywood and was cast in Alias and Dawson's Creek. In 2005, she was in the role of supporting actress DJ Carmen de la Pica Morales on The L Word, which was her first appearance on the show's second season. Shahi's two-year contract was not renewed after the end of season four. Shahi was sacked.
